We will practice together, preparing our body to surrender and recieve the sound.We will then immerse ourselves in the mutitude of the sounds and vibrations , as my instruments work their magic to restore harmony and balance to your mind, body, and spirit.Gongs will create powerful waves of vibration that ripple through your body and energy field. Their deep, resonant tones are known to induce altered states of consciousness, helping to release stored tension and emotional blockages.Shamanic Drums will ground and center you with primal rhythms that connect to the heartbeat of the Earth. These beats can support deep emotional release and help anchor you in your body, especially if you’ve been feeling scattered or disconnected.Tibetan Singing Bowls will layer in soft, harmonic overtones that promote cellular healing and nervous system regulation. Their ancient frequencies are known to support deep states of meditation, peace, and inner clarity.Handpan, with its melodic and ethereal tones, will guide you through moments of lightness and emotional upliftment.
